Afterpay — buy now pay later payment processing. Data is handled under Afterpay’s Privacy Policy (afterpay.com/en-AU). Afterpay may conduct their own credit and identity checks.

Australia Post — order shipping and tracking. Your name and delivery address are shared with AusPost to generate shipping labels and tracking. Tracking data is handled under Australia Post’s Privacy Policy (auspost.com.au).

Google — we use Google Analytics and Google Site Kit to understand how visitors use our site. This data is anonymised and does not identify you personally.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your order and contact data is stored securely within our WordPress/WooCommerce platform hosted in Australia. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Payment processing is handled entirely by PayPal, Afterpay, and Stripe — we do not store payment card data on our servers.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain order records for seven years as required under Australian tax law. Contact enquiry data is retained for up to two years. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).

Our website uses cookies to maintain your shopping cart session and to collect anonymised analytics data via Google Analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality.
